John, this will help and will get you very close to what you need. Would you please guide me on this? Do I need to buy a calibrator to adjust the brightness? Do I need to have multiple profiles of calibrations so that I can choose one depending on the lighting conditions? But the light in my living room will change based on whether it's day or evening or night or whether the window is open or not or whether the light bulbs are on or not. Does that mean my monitor is too bright? How can I adjust the monitor brightness so that the monitor-version and the printed-version of the picture would look similar? I'm guessing the monitor brightness will have to be modified depending on the lighting in the surrounding area, Living room in my case. No issues with colors, just that they all came out darker. I noticed that they all look darker than how they look on the monitor. Yesterday was the first time I printed 5 pictures through a professional printer in town.
